Controller
Nord Eiendomsmegling AS (org. no. 929 451 422), Trelastveien 8A, 1415 Oppegård, is the controller for personal data collected via this website. Privacy enquiries can be sent to post@nord-em.no.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we process your name, email, phone number, any address and the content of your message, solely to respond and follow up on a possible assignment (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Storage
Enquiries are not stored on the website but sent by email to the broker. They are deleted when no longer needed, unless statutory requirements (e.g. anti-money-laundering and real estate brokerage legislation) require longer retention.
Cookies
The website uses no cookies for analytics or marketing. An invisible counter image anonymously registers that the page was opened. Links to viewing registration, bidding and prospectuses go to external services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
